Blue Marble Jack is an exclusive cheese made from Nasonville Dairy in Marshfield, WI. It is a pasteurized cow milk “hybrid” of Monterrey Jack and Blue cheese and aged for around 1 month. It has a harmonious blend of creaminess from the Jack and tanginess  from the blue and is made using a secret cheese culture that creates the blue marbling in the Monterrey Jack base. This cheese has won many awards and is great when applied as a melting cheese for sandwiches and burgers.
