Fontinella is a pasteurized cow milk cheese that is produced under the Stella brand by the cheese conglomerate, Saputo. Made in Wisconsin using local milk, it is made in similar style as Italian fontina, and aged for a minimum of two months. Its flavor has a harmonious balance of sharpness and sweetness and can melt and crumble nicely.
