Little mountain is an American classic cheese made in the style of Swiss Appenzeller. It is exclusively made by the Roelli Cheese Haus in Wisconin. It is a washed rind cheese made from unpasteurized cow milk and aged for at least 6 months. It has a smooth and nutty flavor with a rich texture and earthy aroma.
